- to reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of this Website;
- to access, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of this Website, any equipment or network on which this Website is stored, any software used in the provision of this Website, or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party,
- MyPass
- The Website may be integrated with MyPass which is a centralised authentication service that allows you single sign-in access to the Website and certain third party websites, mobile apps or WiFi services in Abu Dhabi.
You may use the Website by creating a new MyPass account or by logging into your existing MyPass account. We are not obliged to permit anyone to register with the Website and we may refuse, terminate or suspend registration to anyone at any time.
Creating a MyPass account is restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering for or using a MyPass account, you represent and warrant that you meet the foregoing age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
You accept sole responsibility for: (i) the security, confidentiality and proper use of all usernames passwords or other access credentials (collectively the “User IDs”) used in connection with the Website and/or MyPass account (including maintaining and enforcing a robust password); and (ii) the truthfulness, accuracy, currency, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of all information or content provided or made available by you during registration or via your use of the Website (including any of its features or services) and/or MyPass account.
Any access to or use of your MyPass account through your User IDs shall be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether authorized by you or not.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use, misuse or unauthorized use of your User IDs on the Website and/or MyPass account, including any transactions made in connection with the information provided to us under your User IDs.
If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorized access to your MyPass account or misuse of your User IDs, you must contact us immediately on +971 (0) 600 511 115 or at privacy@miral.ae.
You must not: (i) assign your MyPass account to any other person, and (ii) impersonate or misrepresent your identity when registering for, accessing, or using a MyPass account.
You may use your MyPass account and/or the Website solely for lawful purposes and as expressly stated in the Website Terms and Conditions. Any personal information you make available to us during registration for and/or accessing a MyPass account will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Registration or Login Via Third-Party Accounts
- If you choose to register for or log in to your MyPass account via your Facebook, Google, or Apple account (each, a “Third-Party Account”), you acknowledge and agree that:
- the Third Party Account used to register for or access your MyPass account is owned by you;
- you authorize us to receive and process certain information from your Third-Party Account, as permitted by the applicable third-party provider and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which may include, without limitation, your full name and email address;
- your use of a Third Party Account to register for or log in to your MyPass account is entirely at your own risk and liability and is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable third party provider, over which we have no control and for which we expressly disclaim all liability;
- we are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook, Google, or Apple, except as otherwise expressly stated;
- you remain solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Third-Party Account credentials and for all access to and/or use of the Website via your Third- Party Account, whether or not such access and/or use is authorized by you; and
- you may be unable to access your MyPass account, if your Third-Party Account is suspended, restricted, terminated, or otherwise unavailable for any reason.
- UAE PASS
- UAE Pass is a government digital identity service. By selecting to create or log-in to your MyPass account using the UAE Pass, you authorize us to rely on the authentication and identity information received from UAE PASS. No additional verification of your information is conducted by us beyond this process. Upon authentication via UAE PASS, we may receive certain personal information from UAE PASS that you have chosen to share. Our collection and processing of such information is explained in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to keep your UAE PASS login details secure and confidential, and to ensure that all information associated with your UAE PASS account is truthful, current, accurate, lawful and complete. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we disclaim any and all liability for: (i) any loss or damage or any issue arising from your submission on UAE PASS of any false, inaccurate, outdated, unlawful or incomplete information, (ii) any interruption, unavailability (whether temporary or permanent), suspension, operational or other issues affecting UAE PASS; and (iii) any unauthorized access to and/or use of your MyPass account resulting from a compromise of your UAE PASS account or its credentials. UAE PASS is operated by the relevant UAE government authority. You acknowledge that we do not own, operate, control or assume any responsibility whatsoever for UAE PASS. Your use of UAE PASS is subject to the terms, policies, and requirements of the relevant UAE government authority, as may be amended from time to time and you are solely responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with them. We may suspend, or discontinue the UAE PASS authentication for the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted under the law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from suspension, or discontinuation of UAE PASS authentication for any reason, whether attributable to us and/or the relevant UAE government authority. It is at our discretion to decide which authentication methods to offer (if any), and we may not offer alternative options if the UAE PASS service becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to engage, whether directly or indirectly, in any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity in connection with your use of UAE PASS and/or UAE PASS account to create or access your MyPass account. We do not guarantee that registration or login via UAE PASS will be available at all times.
- Partner Discount Card
- From time to time, we may offer at our discretion discounts, promotions or special pricing (collectively the “Benefits” and each a “Benefit”) to individuals who hold a valid partner discount or membership card (a “Partner Discount Card”). To access such Benefits, you must link your Partner Discount Card to your MyPass account. Linking is subject to successful verification (which may be conducted by us, the relevant partner, or both) of the details of your Partner Discount Card and other information as may be applicable.
By submitting a Partner Discount Card for verification and linking it to your MyPass account, you represent and warrant that: a) the card belongs to you and is valid and active; and b) all information provided in connection with the card is accurate, complete, current and truthful.
You acknowledge that linking your Partner Discount Card does not impose any obligation on us beyond facilitating access to available Benefits offered by us for which eligibility has been verified.
We may re-verify your Partner Discount Card at any time and request updated documentation and information. Failure to respond to such requests may result in suspension or unlinking of your Partner Discount Card from your MyPass account.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to: (i) approve or reject linking; (ii) limit, modify, suspend, discontinue or withdraw without prior notice any Benefit; (iii) add or remove any participating Partner Discount Card; (iv) change verification or eligibility requirements; (iv) suspend, disable or remove any linked Partner Discount Card or suspend or remove the linking functionality of any Partner Discount Card. To the maximum extent permitted under the law, we disclaim all liability arising from the foregoing actions, including for any verification delays, errors or system failures, loss of any Benefit due to technical issues or any inability to verify cardholder status.
We may collect and process information relating to you and/or your Partner Discount Card in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share such information with the relevant provider of the Partner Discount Card for verification and eligibility purposes.
You must not: (i) use a Partner Discount Card that does not belong to you; (ii) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any verification procedures related to the linking of your Partner Discount Card; (iii) submit any false, altered or misleading information or documentation; (iv) link a Partner Discount Card to more than one MyPass account; and (v) resell or otherwise commercially exploit any discounted products or services purchased via your linked Partner Discount Card.
If we suspect fraud, misrepresentation or misuse of a Partner Discount Card, we may cancel the affected transactions, recover any improperly obtained Benefit, deny or revoke any Benefit and suspend or terminate your MyPass account, without affecting any other rights we may have.
Each Benefit is subject to each own applicable terms and conditions, which may include additional eligibility requirements or limitations.
We make no guarantee whatsoever that any Partner Discount Card will remain linked. - Social Media Rules
The Park’s social media pages are intended for you, so that you can come and join the conversation, connect with other people and have fun sharing your thoughts and ideas. We want our online communities to be a place where everyone can feel comfortable, which means that there are rules of play. To ensure that visitors of our social media pages may enjoy a positive experience we ask that you do not send, post, upload, use or reuse any content or comments (including photos and videos) which may be:
- a violation of the terms and policies of the social media site concerned;
- threatening, harassing, abusive, violent, inciting of violence or otherwise inflammatory;
- encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;
- discriminatory, racist, sexually explicit, vulgar or offensive to other cultures;
- unlawful;
- promotional information, including links to third parties or their products or services;
- political or religious activism;
- infringing on any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;

We are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any of our social media pages. You are solely responsible for the content of your comments and posts on our social media pages. The use of any of our social media pages by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian.

- Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us under the Website Terms and Conditions and/or the applicable law, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to MyPass account, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability if:
- we reasonably believe that your User IDs have been compromised, misused, or used in breach of these Website Terms and Conditions and/or applicable law. In such cases, we may require you to promptly reset your credentials or take such other remedial measures as we deem necessary to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the Website, our systems or other users;
- your access to your UAE PASS account is suspended, revoked, restricted or terminated for any reason;
- your MyPass account has been created or accessed through impersonation, misrepresentation, or the unauthorized use of identity information, in which case we may also invalidate any associated activities, to the extent permitted by applicable law;

The Park is operated by Miral Experiences LLC. For our guests’ safety and enjoyment, entry to the Park is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket and entering the Park, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. You consent to us taking reasonable action to address an emergency situation, including consenting to physical touch by our colleagues, where necessary, in order to prevent an injury or serious property damage. For example, if a child approaches a dangerous ride area, we may stop them entering the area, in order to prevent harm. - Definitions
The following words and expressions have the following meanings unless content requires otherwise:

Once you purchase your ticket you cannot cancel it. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you purchase a dated ticket or experience, the following terms and conditions will apply (unless the product terms and conditions specific different a different change policy): you may change the date of your ticket provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED50 will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be processed. For date change as above please contact Yas Concierge at +971 600 511115 to rebook and make the AED 50 payment per person. Payments will be processed and completed via Yas Concierge.
- Tickets
All tickets sold online are the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the “Park. Entry and use of the Park is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:
- Individuals entering the Park must hold a valid ticket which has been obtained from us, our website or an authorised third party.
- Please ensure you bring original official government issued photo ID for each ticket holder.
- The entrance ticket and other entitlements remain our property and are not for re-sale, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for commercial gain. Tickets and other entitlements are void if altered.
- Non-dated tickets do not guarantee entry.
- You will need to present the original ticket or online e-ticket in order to gain entry into the Park (note this may not be required if you have completed all steps to register for FacePass contactless access).
- The ticket is valid for the period stated on its face.
- Your ticket is personal to you and may not be shared with others. The ticket is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge. Where tickets are valid for re-entry, you must present your ticket in order to re-enter
- Tickets should be retained and shown for inspection upon demand.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and holding a valid ticket.
- If tickets are bought on behalf of other guests (for example, group bookings), the buyer accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of every guest and shall ensure that these terms and conditions are complied with by each person in the group. If you are an adult supervising minor children in the Park then you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of those minors.
- If you resell a ticket without our express consent, it will be void. By purchasing a ticket you agree that the tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only, and will not be resold or transferred.

- At the Park
- The safety and security of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. By entering Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, you consent to you and your belongings being subject to searches, screenings, and/or security checks. For your safety and security, compulsory metal detector checks are currently in use at the Park. If metal items are detected, further screening will be required in order to confirm clearance to enter. A private space is available for our female guests. Guests with pacemakers and pregnant women are exempt from metal detector checks, please inform a colleague if this applies to you, who will direct you to the separate screening process.
- The standard operating hours of the Park are set out on our website. Operating hours are subject to change.
- We do not permit the following within the Park:
- Outside food and beverage (Exceptions are any food required for medical purposes, medically–indicated nutritional supplements and baby food/baby formula)
- Fighting or abusive language
- Smoking in non-designated smoking areas
- Unruly behavior
- Running
- Intoxication
- Queue jumping
- Weapons of any kind, or potentially dangerous items such as items made of glass or with sharp edges
- Coolers, suitcases, and bags with wheels
- Clothing with offensive language or content
- Clothing that identifies the wearer as emergency personnel
- Pets (except service animals in special cases that will be determined by us)
- The use of two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles such as Segways.
- The use of recreational devices such as remote control drones, toys, scooters, inline skates, skateboards or shoe with built in wheels.
- The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale.
- Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purpose without our prior written approval.
- Unlawful or immoral behaviour
- We reserve the right to deny admission for any reason. We reserve the right to remove guests from the Park if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions or any other applicable rules regulations, or instructions, without a refund. This is without prejudice to any claim that we might have against you or arising from your actions.
- Please read safety signs and follow the directions of our employees at all times.
- Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family theme park and in keeping with the culture and values of the United Arab Emirates.
- You must supervise children in your care and arrange a meeting place in case you should become separated.
- Smoking (references to which include electronic cigarettes) is not allowed inside the Park building. You may only smoke in the designated areas outside.
- The safety and security of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. By entering the Park, you consent to you and your belongings being subject to searches, screenings and/or security checks.
- Locker rental is available for your convenience at an additional charge; valuable items should be stored in these lockers or not brought into the Park.
- You must not leave your belongings unattended in the Park.
- You accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, taking into account any medical conditions you may have. Use of the Park is at your sole risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the Park. You confirm that we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you or to your property and waive all claims against us in this respect, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
- Enjoying our Rides
- Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides.
- Access to a ride is conditional on compliance with the safety rules for that ride. It is your responsibility to read and evaluate the ride description and rules for each ride and see if you can safely participate - you are the best judge of your limitations. If you have specific questions or require additional information, please contact one of our employees who will be happy to assist.
- Safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain rides. Please check the ride restrictions on our website before purchasing your ticket.
- CAUTION: Certain rides contain bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. If you have sensitivity to these conditions or a history of photosensitive epilepsy, you should avoid these rides.
- Some rides may feature content that is not suitable for younger guests. Where the ride rules state ‘parental discretion is recommended’, parents or guardians of minors should use their judgment to establish whether the ride is suitable for the minors in their care.
- Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted on any of our rides.
- Space is provided at certain rides to leave non-valuable items whist you enjoy the ride. Although we will endeavour to provide reasonable care of such items, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to those items. You should store valuable items in the lockers provided throughout the Park.
- Fingerprint access and FacePass services
- For multiple entry tickets (any ticket with an entitlement of more than one access), we have enabled fingerprint biometric checks, as a fraud prevention measure.
- For all types of ticket, we offer FacePass services, including contactless access and contactless payment services.
- You must complete all requirements to enrol for fingerprint biometric checks or FacePass including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and providing explicit consent for us to process such data. We will communicate all requirements to you through the online or offline enrollment process (as applicable).
- Where consent is required, you are required to confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and are not a person of determination who cannot provide consent. For persons under the age of 13 or of determination, we will require consent to be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
- For full information on how and why we process your personal data in connection with the fingerprint biometric checks and FacePass services, please review our Privacy Policy.
- Please bring original official government issued photo ID for all ticketholders to the Park as this will be required to verify age and consent, and in order to opt out of fingerprint biometric checks and FacePass services if you so choose
- If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy , or where consent is required and is not provided or is withdrawn, we will not be able to provide the relevant services to you. We accept no liability for the non-provision or withdrawal of services arising from a refusal to the processing of personal data, to provide the required consent or complete all enrolment requirements.
- b. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the information provided to us when enrolling for our services (including debit or credit card and payment information associated with FacePass) and for all transactions made in connection with FacePass services. All contactless payments made using the debit or credit card linked to your FacePass are non-refundable.

- Any promotions or discounts offered in connection with FacePass and contactless services are at our discretion and are subject to any specific promotion or discount terms and conditions. We may amend or withdraw such promotions or discounts or their terms and conditions at any time.
- Once you have unenrolled your FacePass, you will not be able to enrol for FacePass and contactless services again.
- Closures and Unavailability
- Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
- On certain days, we may operate a ‘Ladies only’ policy at the Park. Please check the Park website ahead of your visit check if a Ladies only door entry policy applies.
- Although we will use reasonable efforts to keep our website up to date with news, we reserve the right, without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of the Park or attraction, close any area of the Park temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program if we consider that the circumstances require. It is your responsibility to check the website and we cannot guarantee that it will inform you of all changes that may be relevant to your visit.
- You may not be able to gain access to the Park, or certain areas of the Park, during special events or private bookings.
- Parking
- We offer parking facilities for the use of our guests only.
- Vehicles may not be left overnight.
- Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
- Photography and Filming
- Areas within the Park and its grounds are monitored by CCTV.

- Liability
- You accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, taking into account any medical conditions you may have. Entry into and use of the Park and its services is at your sole risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the Park. You confirm that we (Miral Experiences LLC, the Park, our affiliates, owners, sponsors, lessors, licensors, staff agents or representatives) are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you or to your property and waive all claims against us in this respect, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
- Our liability to you is limited to the price of the entrance ticket
