This Privacy Policy will help you understand what personal data Farah Experiences LLC collects how and why we collect it, and what do we do with it when you visit and the Mobile App (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).

Data Controller

Farah Experiences LLC (“hereinafter referred to as “Farah” “we” “us” or “our”) is the Data Controller. Farah manages and operates Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Clymb and Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi leisure theme parks in Abu Dhabi (the “Leisure Facilities”). What is Personal Data?

Personal data is any information that allows us to identify you as an individual in a direct or indirect way. Examples of personal data are your name, email address, postal address, location data and online identifiers. Statistical data such as the number of users or guests in the Leisure Facility is not personal data.

1. What types of Personal Data do we collect?

To provide you with our services, we may ask you for some of your personal data such as full name, nationality, country of residence, email address, telephone number and credit card details. In addition, we may collect some data automatically such as your IP address, mobile ID device, geolocation and type of browser that you are using. In some cases, we may receive information about you from third parties such as our affiliates, agents or social media platforms when you use your account to register for our services.

2. How do we collect this information?

• When you register
When you create an account with us, you provide us with your full name, nationality, country of residence, email address and telephone number. With this information we create for you an unique identifier – the “Yas ID” to allow you to log into our services in one step.

• When you purchase a service
When you purchase a service from us, your payment data such as your credit card details is collected and processed via a third party.

• Automatically
When you visit a page on our Website or App, our servers automatically collect the following data: Date / time; your IP address; website page you came from (referrer URL); the page on our Website/App you wish to visit; your device, operating system / version, browser type / version via cookies or other tracking mechanisms (please see section 4 of this Privacy Policy relating to Cookies).

3. Why do we collect this information?

To perform our service: The information we require you to provide while registering an account and/or purchasing our services is necessary to allow us to perform our contract with you, administer your account, process your purchases and contact you if required.

Direct Marketing and Promotions: With your consent (opt-in upon registration), we may occasionally send you our latest updates, promotions and news to your email address. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the [‘unsubscribe’] link in any email or our [subscription preferences center]. Our servers automatically protocol the consent gathering process to enable us to prove that you have given consent. For this purpose we will store the following data: Email address, details how consent was given, confirmation email sent, confirmation link clicked; date / time / IP address in relation to giving consent and click and on confirmation link; wording of consent and information of the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Ads and Individualised Offers: Some of the information you share with us may be used to provide you with personalised offers that you may be interested in. These offers may include our offers or offers from third parties and may be displayed on our Websites/App or the websites of third parties.

To improve our services/products and prevent against potential hacker attacks: The information that we automatically collect allows us to constantly improve our services and products and provide you with an enhanced experience. For example, this information allows us to identify you as a user and remember your preferences, or to allow us to best display the page on our Website/App you wish to visit. To this end, such data is not retained beyond your visit of the respective Website page, but may be kept in log files to allow us to maintain and improve our Website/App; detect, investigate and prevent / rectify any (potential) errors of our Website/App; detect, investigate and prevent / defend against (potential) hacker attacks or other abuse of our Website/App as well as to prevent any damages that are likely to be caused and rectify any damages that have been caused by such abuse.

4. How do we use cookies?

Our Website and App uses cookies, which are small text files that are placed on your device and can be read-out when you visit a website page. Whereas session cookies will be deleted once you close your web browser, persistent cookies will be retained until they expire unless you delete them earlier manually.

We may integrate on our Websites and App third party products such as Google Analytics, Face-book, YouTube, Twitter cookies, to enable us to measure the performance of our website and website content; provide you with individualized offers and enable you to share, like and recommend pages to others via social media.

5. How do we share your information with third parties?

We may share your information with our affiliated companies, agents, partners and other stakeholders for the purposes of providing you with our services. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to other third parties unless you have given us permission or we are required by law to do so. In some cases, the data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the Website/App (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as data processors by us. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password or account details (as may be applicable from time to time) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

7. Retention

We will retain your information only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose outlined at Section 3 of this Privacy Policy. You have the right at any time to: (i) request from us access to, rectification or erasure of, or restriction of processing concerning your data; (ii) object to the processing of your data; as well as (iii) data portability. If you are not satisfied with the response or believe we are not processing your data in accordance with the applicable law you can refer the matter to any competent data protection authority.
