Adult GT Simulators and Kid GT Simulators General Terms and Conditions:

• Book your tickets for approximately an 8 minute drive on the Adult GT Simulators or Kid GT Simulators at the E-Sports Arena at Ferrari World Yas Island Abu Dhabi (“Park”). You can book your tickets in- Park only. Regular simulators are available at the Park free of charge and subject to availability.
• Tickets are subject to available time slots; book early to avoid disappointment!
• Guests are required to arrive and ‘check-in’ at the Guest Services Counter at least 5 minutes prior to the experience time as stated on Ticket, so you don’t miss out on your reservation.
• Once bookings are made, they cannot be cancelled. Bookings are non-transferable and are non-amendable. If you wish to change the time of your booking, you may approach the Guest Services Counter and we will try to accommodate your request (subject to availability) but do not guarantee our ability to do so.
• We reserve the right to assign you to another simulator vehicle based on availability.
• Bookings may not be resold or exchanged for commercial gain.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking without prior notice
• Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted during the experience.
• All guests must be able to understand and follow instructions provided by the operations team.
• Loose items must be stored in the lockers or designated areas provided.
• Guests are not permitted to take any items onto the simulators, including but not limited to items such as cameras, videos, audio, pagers, mobile phones, handbags, satchels, wallets, watches, fitness trackers and any other personal items or effects.
• Open shoes, heels, flip flops and other inappropriate footwear are not allowed; and
• You must comply with any specific onsite health and safety requirements.
• Eligibility Criteria: You are responsible for ensuring you meet the eligibility criteria as set out below before you make the booking.
• All guests must meet the minimum and maximum height and weight restrictions as follows:
• Adult GT Simulators – 14 Simulators (12 + 2 for POD Guests)
• Minimum height: 1.50m
• Maximum height: 2.10m
• Maximum weight: 140kg
• Kids GT Simulators - 6 Simulators
• Minimum height: 1.20m
• Maximum height: 1.50m
• Maximum weight: 140kg
• F1 Advanced Simulators – 3 Simulators
• Minimum height: 1.50m
• Maximum height: 2.00m
• Maximum weight: 120kg
• Guests with the following conditions are not eligible to participate: Epilepsy, seizures, photo-sensitivity, dizziness, neck pain, back pain, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, expectant mothers and any other medical conditions that can be aggravated.
• Any Guests wearing electric medical devices, such as pacemaker are not permitted to participate.
• Guests under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other substances that impair judgement (e.g medicine) are not permitted to participate.
• People of Determination (“POD”):
• There are limited access to simulators for people of determination, POD guests may experience longer waiting times as a result.
• POD guests must adhere to any additional safety instructions provided by the operations team.
• POD guests must be able to transfer themselves to the simulator seat without assistance and easily reach the steering and controls to be able to participate. POD guests’ participation is limited to the simulators designated for use by POD’s.
