Processing personal details for photo capture and using PhotoFinder to identify all guest photographs taken during the visit
  • At the point of sale, we take an image of you or the individuals with you, who may be under 18 years of age or who are persons of determination, to easily and quickly identify all photographs taken of ‘you’ (collectively referring to you and your guests who are under 18 years of age or are persons of determination) during your visit to the theme park. These images are classified as biometric data.
  • This image is converted to a secure numerical identifier which is run through an algorithm on our system to help identify and compile your photographs; and the identifier is then immediately deleted from our system.
  • You may use this method to identify all your photographs as an alternative to using a physical QR code wristband.
  • The photographs taken of you through our automated photo capture system or through our roaming photographers during your visit to our theme parks are only created as a memory for you to purchase and will not be used or shared with other third parties for any other purpose, including any marketing or promotional activity.
  • Only you are eligible to purchase your photographs. We will not sell these images to other ticket holders or guests. Proof of association and/or custodianship will be required where children or persons of determination are not present at the time of purchase.
  • In case you require additional copies or you change your mind and would like to purchase these photographs at a later stage, photographs that are taken of you or the child or person of determination during your visit are only stored on our secured system for a period of 30 days.
  • All personal information collected and processed will be stored securely on our systems.
