Terms and Conditions
- This Offer is only available online and is not available at the ticketing counter;
- Eligibility: Offer is only valid for Etihad Staff I Save Members. You will need to bring original valid Etihad Staff I Save Membership physical/digital card along with your original Emirates ID and for each guest redeeming a ticket;
- This Offer is valid until 31 December 2024 for tickets purchased for the Parks;
- Offer is valid for a single day, general admission ticket adult or junior ticket. Access does not include any other benefits or add-ons, such as the fast pass;
- Online tickets must be redeemed on the date selected on the ticket. A maximum of four tickets can be purchased in one transaction;
- Tickets for 3 additional guests can be purchased online with a discount of 25%;
- Same flat rate cost applies for adult and junior tickets with this Offer;
- Offer is valid for you and up to three (3) accompanying guests; all guests must be present at the stay together in the Park;
- General admission ticket cancellation terms and conditions apply; please visit the relevant Park website for further information;
- If we suspect this Offer is abused, we reserve the right to charge the full gate rate price for the general admission ticket at the relevant Park;
- Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket;
- Children aged 3 and under can enter the Park for free;
- This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion;
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Offer at any time, without notification;
- Black out days may apply;
